I'm Eszter, a UK based chartered physiotherapist and Pilates instructor with over 18 years of clinical and group teaching experience.
Although I have always enjoyed sports, my journey with core training and physiotherapy started as a teenager, when I was diagnosed with scoliosis and was advised to wear a corsette. Needless to say how shocking this news was to a young girl. Luckily, neither my parents nor I accepted this turn of events, and looked for another solution to reduce my scoliosis. With the help of a bunch of dedicated professionals, over a year of rigorous physiotherapy, massage and exercise routine we were able to resolve the issue, to the surprise of my orthopaedic surgeon.
As painful as this experience was, it proved to be a turning point in my life. I was fascinated by the body's ability to adapt and realign itself. I decided to become a physiotherapist, which I have not once regretted since. After graduating in 2002 in Hungary, I worked in my local hospital for four years in the rheumatology and neurology deparments. Since then I have worked in my private practice, first in my hometown and later in the UK.
I have been fortunate enough to work with many wonderful people along the way, who influenced me in all sorts of positive ways. I believe that my transformative experience was not unique, and my clients can turn their ailments into powerful lessons and change their lives for the better. I strive to pass this positivity on to my clients every day.
In 2020 I decided to take the next step and go online with my Core and Balance YouTube channel, and now with my courses. I'm excited to welcome you to my Online Physio and Pilates Studio, I'll be with you along your journey.
