Course Structure
Hi,
Thank you for continuing your Pilates journey with me, from the comfort of your home. Let me introduce you the course structure briefly.
Eack week's classes have a different focus, so your workouts will be varied, enjoyable and never the same. The exercises are gradually progressing in difficulty and are taught at different levels, meaning that you can practice according to your actual health condition.
You will receive two videos each week of the course. One of them will be a 1-hour long workout called 'Full Class'. These are substitutes for our regular Pilates classes, which I decided to move online to ensure everyone's safety during the pandemic.
The second, shorter video of the week is called 'Essentials', I added these as a bonus. These workouts are about 10 minutes long and focus on the same areas as the Full Classes. I created them to enable you to complete a quick practice on busy days.
